Yes we do, we can accept any card with the Visa or Mastercard logo on it. Please note that we only run your credit card one time. The full rental amount is due at the time of booking when you pay with a credit card.
Bouncy House Parties & Events has you covered. Most of our bouncy houses have covered tops and clear vinyl curtains that can be attached over the netting to help keep the rain out. These added items are offered at no extra charge and help keep out the rain during light showers and misting. We never cancel an event because of rain. It is our experience that your party goers will have a great time rain or shine. If you have a bouncy house, slide, or interactive booked for a rainy day, we will be happy to switch you to any available unit that is equipped with the rain protection.
If the weather is extremely windy, we cannot setup the equipment for obvious safety reasons. If this were to ever occur (which is extremely rare) we would reschedule your rental for another day that works for you.
Each bouncy house, slide or interactive has detailed size requirements. Please look at the individual units for the requirements. In additions you can see a general space diagram on our setup requirements page.
Grass is the best surface to setup on. However, we can set up on cement, asphalt, play chips, or any inside surface. We can not setup on gravel driveways, bare dirt, sand or beauty bark. If you are unsure of your surface, give us a call and we will do our best to figure out a place to have your bouncy house.
We offer a 100% refund if your rental is cancelled more then 7 days prior to your event. Within 7 days your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that sometimes unforeseen problems cause your party to be rescheduled and we will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes that arise. Any changes are subject to availability.
You will be required to sign a Rental Agreement/Release of Liability Waiver upon receiving delivery of the rental equipment. This is a standard Rental Agreement that includes but is not limited to your agreement to follow the rules of safe operation, to care for the equipment while it is in your possession, and to assume all liability for any injuries or damage that could occur while the equipment is in your possession. Everyone who rents equipment from us is required to sign this agreement.
Bouncy House Parties and Events cleans our equipment after every rental. We do our best to insure that the Bouncy House you rent is clean for the kids and looks good on the outside. In addition we only buy the latest and safest equipment available. We are constantly reviewing new products that offer the best bounce and the highest level of safety. Prior to each rental our trained staff will perform a point by point inspection of the equipment to insure it is properly setup, there is no damage and the unit is clean. In addition to our inspection process, all of our equipment is inspected by a state certified ride inspector each year.
No, safety is our number one concern. We require our trained staff setup and takedown the inflatable equipment.
We often take bookings for inflatable rentals 4 months in advance. It is best to call us and reserve a bouncy house, slide or interactive as soon as you have locked down the date of your party. This will help insure that the bouncy house you want is available. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever you call. As a general rule booking 3 weeks in advance is a good idea.
Yes we do, give us a call and we will try our best to meet you party needs. If you don’t get us on the first try please leave a message and we will make every attempt to get back to you in time.
Yes, in fact we have insurance certificates on file with many park districts. You will need to get permission from the park and make reservations. Be sure to start early as sometimes the process takes time. Also don’t forget to ask about power, if power is not available we do have generators available for rent. Be sure to get a name and phone number from the park so we can verify all the requirements have been met. Give us a call and we will help you navigate the process.
Our bouncy houses and slides require a standard 110V grounded outlet to be within 75’. State law prohibits the use of extension cords without a permit. If power is not available within 75’ we also have generators for rent as well.
